How scheduling works
You choose your first install week when you book. Before each season after that, we reach out to book your week with you, before that season's weeks open to everyone else. Need a different week? Ask any time. We can't guarantee a week, but we'll work with you to find the best fit.
Materials and care
We design with natural, dried, and foraged botanicals: magnolia, curly willow, pampas grass, dried hydrangea, pinecone branches, and grasses. They soften and weather with the season, which is part of the beauty. Keep dried pieces out of standing water and heavy spray.
Cancellation policy
Your package is paid once and never renews. Cancel any time before your first install for a full refund. After your first install, finished installs are charged at full list price and half of the rest of your package price is refunded. Only installs count, not Winter Refresh or removal visits. Moving within 30 miles of Greenville? Your remaining seasons move with you. A move farther away counts as a cancellation. If we can't complete a season, we'll reschedule within that season or refund that season's share in full. Weather damage gets one courtesy repair visit per season; theft and vandalism aren't covered. It doesn't renew on its own: as your last season approaches, we'll send you a reminder, and you can book another year right here on our site.
