Booking and installs

Who does the installation?

Heidi does. Every package is designed and installed in person by her, so your porch is styled by the person who dreamed it up.

Where do you work?

Within 30 miles of Greenville, SC, including Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, Mauldin, Easley, Taylors, Travelers Rest, Piedmont, Greer, Five Forks, Fork Shoals, and Pelzer.

Do you style businesses?

Yes. Storefronts, salons, shops, and offices book the same packages at the same prices. And for customized projects, we will provide customized quotes.

How is my install scheduled?

Choose your install week when you book. Each week has a limited number of installs, and weeks that are full show as Fully booked. We reach out within two business days to confirm the exact day. Installs run Monday through Friday.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

Packages are paid in full at booking, and bookings are non-refundable. If we are ever unable to complete your install, we will reschedule with you.

The design

What materials do you use?

All-natural botanicals gathered from the wild: magnolia, curly willow, dried grasses, hydrangeas, pampas grass, pinecone branches, and other dried florals. Never plastic.

Do I need my own planters?

For Autumn Planters, yes. Elegant Entryway can be styled with or without planters, and the arches don't use them. If your design uses planters, you provide them and we design everything that goes in and around them. Don't have one? Mention it in your install details when you book and we'll sort it out.

Do I keep everything?

Yes. Everything in your package is yours to keep and enjoy all season.

What happens after the season?

Add White Glove Removal to your booking for $75 and we return at the end of the season to take it all down. Otherwise it's yours to enjoy or remove as you like.
