Refund policy

All Home Beautiful bookings are paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable. Because every design is gathered and built specifically for your home, bookings cannot be cancelled once placed.

If Home Beautiful is unable to complete your installation for any reason on our side, we will reschedule with you or issue a full refund.

Our designs use natural, dried materials that will age with the season. Normal weathering, fading, and shedding are part of the natural beauty of the materials and are not covered by refund or replacement.
