Services
Home Beautiful provides seasonal design and installation services for residential porches, entrances, mantles, tables, and similar spaces within approximately 30 miles of Greenville, South Carolina. Each package includes the design, materials, and installation described on its product page. Unless stated otherwise, planters and other containers are provided by the customer.

Booking and payment
Packages are paid in full at booking. Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled by the customer once placed. See our Refund Policy.

Scheduling
After booking, we will contact you to confirm an installation date. Installations take place Monday through Friday. Weather or safety conditions may require us to reschedule, and we will work with you to find the next available date.

Access and site conditions
You agree to provide safe access to the installation area on the scheduled date. Home Beautiful is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or missing customer-provided items such as planters.

Materials
Our designs use natural, dried, and foraged botanicals. These materials vary in color, size, and shape, and will weather, fade, and shed over the season. Such changes are expected and are not defects.

Ownership and removal
All materials installed as part of your package are yours to keep. If you purchase White Glove Removal, we will return during the week before or the week after Thanksgiving to remove the installation.

Photography
We may ask to photograph completed installations for our portfolio and marketing. We will not use photos identifying your home without your permission.

Liability
Home Beautiful takes care in every installation. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the package.
