How scheduling works
When you book, you choose the season you start with and your first install week. Before each season after that, we reach out to book your week with you, before that season's weeks open to everyone else.
Need a different week? Ask any time. We can't guarantee a week, but we'll work with you to find the best fit. When weeks are tight, Always Beautiful customers come first.
What's included
- Four installs in a row, starting with the season you choose
- Fall and Christmas get your package's showpiece; Spring and Summer get its lighter design
- A January Winter Refresh: we take away the Christmas pieces and leave a winter look that lasts until Spring
- Removal of the last season's design at every install, plus a final takedown after your fourth season
- First choice of install weeks, every season
Cancellation policy
Your package is paid once, at booking, and never renews on its own.
- Before your first install: cancel any time for a full refund.

After your first install: finished installs are charged at their full list price, and half of the rest of your package price is refunded. Only installs count, not the Winter Refresh or removal visits. If the finished installs at list price add up to what you paid or more, there's no refund and nothing more to pay.
- For example: Warm Welcome is $2,090. If you cancel after Fall and Christmas ($1,500 at list price), $590 is left and we refund $295.
- If you move: within 30 miles of Greenville, your remaining seasons move with you at no charge. A move farther away counts as a cancellation.
- If we can't install: we'll reschedule within that season. If we can't deliver a season at all, we refund that season's share in full.
- Weather: one courtesy repair visit per season for weather damage. Theft and vandalism aren't covered.
- If your space isn't a fit: we talk it through with you before installing, and if the design can't work there, you're refunded.
- Another year: your package doesn't renew on its own. As your last season approaches, we'll send you a reminder, and you can book another year right here on our site.
