Good to know
Everything in your package is yours to keep and enjoy all season. After you book, we reach out within two business days to confirm your install date. Installs run Monday through Friday, and we work around weather with you.
White Glove Removal
When the season is done, we come back and take everything down and leave the space clean at the end of the season. Add White Glove Removal to your booking for $75.
Materials and care
We design with natural, dried, and foraged botanicals: magnolia, curly willow, pampas grass, dried hydrangea, pinecone branches, and grasses. They soften and weather with the season, which is part of the beauty. Keep dried pieces out of standing water and heavy spray.
Booking and cancellation
Packages are paid in full at booking and are non-refundable. If we are ever unable to complete your install, we will reschedule with you or refund in full. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
